Great property in a quiet area but close to the more crowded touristic areas like St. Julians and Paceville.
The rooms are big and equipped with AC, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Inna, the host, was very helpful and responsive. Late check-in was no problem and the apartment / townhouse had more amenities than we needed : the kitchen and refrigerator went unused.

The reception staff were very friendly. Nice comfortable room with a beautiful view of Balluta Bay. We had towel art left on the bed which gave it a luxurious feel. There was a fridge containing three bottles of water but not sure if these were complimentary or left by previous guests. The Air conditioner worked well and was essential as it was very hot. The staff helped us get a taxi back to the airport at the end of the stay. The hotel also had free luggage storage. Would stay there again.
The location was very convenient. Supermarket open 7/7 till midnight. The house is quite spacious and can accommodate up to 17 guests. There are 5 bedrooms in total so if you travel with friends or family - its definitely convenient. Two rooms had a private bathroom. We had three generations staying there and everyone found something to do in the villa as there is a pool, games room etc
The villa is a good size if you have a big group. The living space is great. Jane the host was really nice and tried to fix as many issues as she could.
Modern Design with comfy beds and luxury rooms. All facilities you could ask for and had a personalised feel. Breakfast was amazing! Pool facilities were premium and we liked that it was not overcrowded.
