The balcony view was fantastic. The living room kitchen area was nicely laid out and comfortable. Location was also very good to explore Birgu and only 10 minutes walk to the Valletta ferry. Lots of good restaurants near by. A lovely old building.

Absolutely beautiful place. I appreciated the age of the building and character, etc. Birgu is a very beautiful place and lots to see. The location of the little house is perfect with easy access to the ferry to go over to valetta waterfront, etc. Museums close by and a big market up the road on a Tuesday. There are plenty of things to do and places to eat or drink close by.
The host was absolutely wonderful and fixed a small issue promptly without hesitation, which we greatly appreciated. Such a kind-hearted soul and was a pleasure to meet.
I would 100% recommend staying here as not only is the price good but if you appreciate the beauty of places then this is where you want to be heading.

It's a beautiful rustic property, it's in a great location, it's very good value, has all the basics you need. Olivia was easily contactable, and had excellent communication.

Had a wonderful stay over New Year’s. Lovely two-floor apartment in a historical palazzo in Valletta, with a very charming red door exterior.
Just a short stroll to the heart of town, but far quieter, there are many quality Maltese cuisine restaurants nearby that are not tourist traps, like Gambit Bistro & Bar and Angela’s, and Spar supermarket for food shopping. Room has full kitchen amenities, laundry, large bathroom etc. If you like character properties you’ll love this one.
The host family is very responsive to questions, we had a wonderful stay!

Location was perfect, lots of options around the area as restaurants, grocery stores and even some nearby bars. The property is pretty big and has a great view on top, where you can even relax after a long day.
The host will also explain all your doubts upon arrival and give you some advice if needed. I loved the bed as it was pretty comfy & the facilities in general.

Our stay at the studio apartment on 15 Main Gate in Birgu, Malta, was truly unforgettable. The apartment's modern amenities, combined with its historic charm and stunning views of the church, made for a perfect retreat. Nestled in the heart of Birgu, we were just steps away from charming cafes, historic sites, and vibrant local culture.
We loved the whole place, every need was met and it really does feel very luxurious to stay there. The area is quiet, in one of the old cities, Birgu, but it's a 5 minute walk to the harbour and from there you can walk to the ferry to Valletta easily. The view from the front porch is as good as the pictures, overlooking the quieter side of the harbour.
The staff were quick to respond to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great experience!!
The host, Davide was wonderful. On arrival the beautiful property was prepared for us with everything we would need for breakfast. The house is situated just off the main square in Birgu and I felt like I had travelled back in time. The views from the 2 terraces was breathtaking. Little shops are dotted around the stunning village. Our stay in this beautiful house was something we will never forget. Thank you so much .
