We were unsure of which part of St. Martin to stay in, but very glad we chose this spot. Amazing to be right on the water. Spectacular view of bay, with Marigot and mountains in the background, plus out to Anguilla. Quiet and low-key - just perfect. Great walk out to Pointe du Bluff. Very comfortable and relaxing and great service. A real treat!!!

The location is fantastic - directly across from La Villa and Le Cottage. Just a few steps from grocery and Lolos. The view is as advertised. Morning and evening delightful place to spend time. You have the sunset right there. Just walk out on balcony. Apartment clean and well-appointed. Mariam was so personable and helpful. Prompt and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
Well equipped and clean apartement. It is located in a quite area and close to Grand Case village, just a 10 minutes walk away. The apartement has a nice balcony which is suitable to relax and enjoy a tropical breeze.
Inside the apartment you'll find everything to make yourself at home, there is a perfect kitchen equippment, set of clean towels, bed sheets, etc.
The location is excellent, is built above the beach. It couldn't be better, we wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the sea. It's just a short walk to the village where you can find great restaurants.
