We stayed in a lovely little house close to Kotor that was perfect for our group. The space was more than enough for us, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and about 30 minutes along a beautiful walking path to Kotor's old town. The host was fantastic, very responsive, and super helpful with the registration process. We totally recommend this place for anyone visiting Kotor!

The location was amazing. 30 minutes drive to Kotor, but it was so quiet and relaxing away from the crowds. we also had deckchairs with a table where we could drink our morning coffee by the bay. the hosts were wonderful, we are very glad that we stayed with them. very nice house, we had everything we wanted, they welcomed us with some goodies. we will definitely go back there. one of our most beautiful experiences.

Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Risan is probably a good stop over place to explore different areas. This small village is not really a destination.
That said, the flat was a 2 minute walk to the sea front and a brasserie right on the water.

Beautiful little 1-bedroom apartment facing a garden, and only a block away from the beach. Risan is a super charming village and the apartment owners are very friendly. They even let us do laundry there.
The apartment is ultra clean and very comfortable, well located around 30 minuts walk to beautiful Perast and 30 minutes drive to Kotor and Herceg Novi. I would reccomend Villa Blanca as a good alternative to stay in very crowded Kotor.
Great place to stay with your family. Accommodation is great, clean with all things that one family needs in the house. Clean bed sheets and towels, hygiene products, kitchen supplies... beachfront, very clean and warm water. Risan is not big place, it is very calm and suitable for family.

Our family of four stayed at Villa Ivan for a week. Ivan with his wife are very friendly hosts. The apartment was great - spacious, quiet, air-conditioned in every bedroom, large terrace with a view of the beautiful Bay of Kotor, great pool and access to the sea. The welcome prosciutto and bread made us happy as we were hungry after a long journey. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking - a lot of utensils, as well as salt, sugar, coffee, oil... We really felt like home, only better!

Free big parking is next to the place, city center and beach 3 min by walking. City is small, but very nice and near Perast, Kotor or over Kotor bay villages/cities.
