Lovely host. We arrived a bit late due to traffic, they waited for us without problems. Very clean place, has a private parking spot, A/C works great. It was too hot to enjoy the view in August, but it is a lovely view nonetheless.

We stayed in a lovely little house close to Kotor that was perfect for our group. The space was more than enough for us, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and about 30 minutes along a beautiful walking path to Kotor's old town. The host was fantastic, very responsive, and super helpful with the registration process. We totally recommend this place for anyone visiting Kotor!

Location, although 4km for Kotor town, is all the better for it, because you get the peace and quiet, and its easy to pop in to Kotor town when you want to.

The breakfast was varied each day and set me up for the whole day, it was tasty and the staff were efficient and attentive. I particularly liked staying in the annexe building away from the main building. The location was very good, being close to Kotor and on the edge of the village of Prčanj, which was very interesting to get to know better. All staff were likeable and ready to help in whatever way they could when called upon.
Vila Vasic is great. It's a peaceful place with great views. The villa is very suitable for families. Me and my family enjoyed every minute of our stay there. But the biggest advantage is the hosts. Their hospitality and care is beyond all expectations.
Great welcome from the (French owners)team, great service, really nice rooms (mine with balcony) comfort of real good hotel.
Location is at the entrance of Prcanj, close to only small beach, just walk along the sea to admire the villas and find other nice swim spots (deck, not beach).
View on Kotor bay and mountains are great.
