Bio villas was literally a dream oasis surrounded by greenery & wildlife. We loved staying here! The villa was clean and well equipped, the pool was the clean & perfect temperature with a stunning view. The host Ivan was SO helpful and friendly. We loved how responsive he was to our questions via whatsapp & he even kindly brought us some sweet treats to enjoy on our 2nd day! The road to the villa was better than we thought it would be, a little bit bumpy up the driveway but nothing our little car couldn't handle. Bonus points for the friendly dog Vuchko & ginger cat that often came to visit us every day.

The owners are very nice old couple, don't speak much English but very trying to help.
The place is cozy house with orchard garden. The area is like a village though it's just 5min from the airport
and 10min walk from at least 2 good restaurants and the main road.
The breakfast they prepared us (5EU/person) was great with huge omelets, tasti bread, vegetables and palacinke.
My experience at Villa Old Town was extremely pleasant! The accommodation is well-decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Podgorica, with easy access to all the main attractions. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information and making us feel at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy an authentic atmosphere and comfort. We will definitely come back!
We loved how clean, modern and luxurious this stay was. Better than the photos. We didn’t stay long, just a quick stop before our morning flight—but looked like a lot of shops within walking distance. Our stay felt similar to a luxury hotel. We booked last minute and host communicated within minutes with checkin instructions. We were really impressed with how efficient checkin was.

First of all I need to point out host Zeljko! He is a role model how a host should be in all therms. Friendly, polite na d willing to help in our every demand. The house is new with all needed equipment. It is very luxury and stylish. Beside that you have a large swing pool. Thusly a perfect place for relaxation and rest. Apartment is not far away from Podgorica, 12min bay car or around 6 EUR by taxi (one way). Me and my family enjoied at Koko Village and we would denfietly come back!
It’s a big luxurious Hilton! After 6 weeks of staying in small town and villages and villas and bed and breakfast lodging, we needed a night like the Hilton provides. The staff was very professional and courteous as one would expect.
Great place, great weekend! My girlfriend and I enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of nature. The hosts are wonderful. Jovan and his parents helped us with any questions. This was our first visit to Montenegro, but definitely not the last.
We also tasted delicious strawberries and cherries. I recommend visiting Bio Villas.
