Perast is hilly, so it was nice that the only stairs we needed to navigate were the ones in the house. Bus to Kotor was very handy as we didn't need to move the car. Lots of restaurant choices.

The house is very clean, has everything You need and is in great location if You want to explore Gulf of Kotor, but stay away from crowded cities. Also, the sea is by your feet - literally just cross the street ant You can jump in a crystal clear water!

Lovely host. We arrived a bit late due to traffic, they waited for us without problems. Very clean place, has a private parking spot, A/C works great. It was too hot to enjoy the view in August, but it is a lovely view nonetheless.

We stayed in a lovely little house close to Kotor that was perfect for our group. The space was more than enough for us, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and about 30 minutes along a beautiful walking path to Kotor's old town. The host was fantastic, very responsive, and super helpful with the registration process. We totally recommend this place for anyone visiting Kotor!

Beautiful accommodation overlooking the stunning bay of Kotor. Our apartment was spacious, very well appointed and clean. Anna the owner was lovely and helpful and was there all the time and easily contactable. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature and also looked over the bay. Perast is a beautiful village.

The staff is super helpful. They have a small electric golf cart and come pick you up with luggages at the (mandatory) parking located at both ends of the village.
The view of the harbour, spacious room with plenty of cupboard space to properly unpack for a four night stay. A comfortable retreat at the end of the day.
An excellent location - free parking above the apartment just off the main road and an easy walk down a few stairs to the apartment. The hosts live downstairs and are exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The view from the apartment balcony is incredible - the best. There are quite a lot of steps down to the town, but we found them relatively easy. Perast is a delightful, charming village and is the best place to stay to be out of busy Kotor (which is easily accessible via local Blue Line bus). Beautiful eateries along the waterfront too.
Miljan's English was good and he was extremely helpful. He waited for us on the road and had reserved us a parking spot (very necessary!). The apartment was spacious but not luxurious. It had basic cooking equipment but we ate out at a restaurant he recommended. The broad terrace with views over the bay was lovely. Even though it was near the main road, it was very quiet.
The whole place was perfect, clean, modern, comfortable ,felt very safe. Perast is quite a luxurious and expensive village, and I’ve found staying here a very good value!
If you are looking for a small but luxury boutique hotel in the area: this is your place! Perast is the most beautiful town in the area, Monte Bay Retreat is a jewel and the owner as well as the staff of the hotel are providing great hospitality. You really feel like a family guest, not just a "paying number". We stayed 8 night and had a very enjoyable and relaxing time the there.
