This house is located on a slope of a mountain which offers absolutely stunning views all around. You can oversee the village below and into the sea for a great distance. On clear days you can see the lake of Shkodër and the surrounding mountains. The design of the house is very though through, from every room you can enjoy the incredible surroundings. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are all very well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and even provided cold drinks and some fruit when we arrived. We loved our stay here and we can only praise this property and it's hosts. Highly recommended!

We liked everything! We had a whole house only for us, with a pool and direct entrance to the sea. The house is well equipped, with all amenities for a comfortable stay. I can't decide what we liked the most - the private part of the sea, the pool, or the spacious house with 3 bedrooms 🙂🙂 Definitely a place to visit and we plan to come again next year!

Great value for money with a very friendly host who happily gave us a lift into the centre when we needed it and also arranged for a taxi service for us when we left. The view from the terrace of the mountains was great and the garden was lovely. Great olive oil too!

All the little things are thought out in house, everything is done with love and convenience - for “yourself”.
Cypress trees around the house are very good, they protect from direct sun.

Excellent grills (there are several).

We’ve stayed in many accommodations in Ulcinj over the years, but this apartment is by far the best one! It’s the most well-equipped place we’ve ever stayed in, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a modern and stylish way, and it’s incredibly spacious and bright. I rented two villas. They have a lot of space and clean water in the pools. The kitchens are well equipped, and the rooms are of lower standards. The price-quality ratio is very good. Great view! Pictures are better than reality. Great host!
A clean modern villa with a nice pool. Well equipped kitchen. Beautifully decorated house. Definately a worth for a few weeks stay. We also had a bonus cat living on our yard, which was nice for the kids :)
This is a lovely big old Moroccan style villa with 6 large double bedrooms. The pool, master bedroom, sunset on the terraces and location are fantastic. The owner lives next door and is absolutely lovely and very helpful, telling us where to go, giving us lifts and always available to help with general questions.
Amazing little house, very calm area far away from the busy center. It's a nature retreat with lots of fruits and trees. House is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Host was very attentive!
We were very late arriving due to delays crossing border and a storm. The owner was incredibly accommodating as check in closed at 7 but we arrived at 1 am. We were so disappointed not to be able to have spent more time here. The place was modern, spacious and near the beachfront. We will definitely return
