The host was very welcoming, showed us around the whole place and how everything worked, then gave us a lift to get some water from the local supermarket as we arrived late at night. Location is right next to sea, where you can walk along the sea front. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Rabat.

A beautiful Riad in the heart of Rabat medina. It was very clean and maintained to a high standard. All rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning and excellent showers. The Riad was very peaceful - it was lovely to relax on the roof terrace or in the downstairs communal areas. It is in an excellent location for visiting the medina and nearby coast. Check-in and check-out was easy.

The villa has a very big size spacious rooms and huge living rooms we were a group of 8 people and there was enough space for us , the garden is really nice with 2 turtles walking around, the pool is heated and good size too. The place is situated in very quiet area good to relax close walking distance to the beautifull sandy beach. We had a wonderfull time there.

Comfortable ,very calm ,luxurious hotel with perfect vibes and an amazing garden.

Colonial villa close to university, quiet, excellent dinner and breakfast. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool, but the indoor swimming pool was freezing (10-15°C ?). We were told the indoor swimming pool was cold, but we expected an indoor pool to be warmed, otherwise what is the point of having a freezing cold indoor pool.

Paradise like feeling with the beautiful gardens and swimming pool. The only city-center Hotel to be able to offer this. I also visited Fairmont, even though that hotel is more luxurious. Sofitel in Rabat has my preferance by far.
The location was fantastic five minutes walk from the beach and five minutes walk to the heart of the Medina bazaar.
Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The only sticking point was there was no towels however I contacted the owner of the Villa and told him we needed towels he said it was not included but he happily brought some over for us. That was very nice of him. He was very friendly person when I come back to Rabat definitely looking into estate in the same property again as it’s very good value for money
This is a private villa. The host is wonderful. His name is Dr. Nassif. He hosted us with all sincerity. He took care of everything and everything we needed. He even offered us places to visit and was very friendly. I advise everyone, especially those who come to Rabat in Morocco and are looking for a wonderful and prestigious place.
