When we arrived we were so impressed with the garden areas, they were so well kept. The owner told us to pick whatever villa we wanted and instructed the caretaker to show us both places. She was very helpful even though she didn't speak English.
Everything was stunning. Our villa had the most comfortable beds, and the whole place had a relaxing vibe. The outdoor area had everything needed for a perfect stay, a bbq area, plenty if seating areas, sun loungers, hot tubs, a swimming pool, and even a pond area with beautiful fish.
Like the garden, the pool was very well maintained.
The villa was spotless, and we had a perfect ending to our holiday staying there. In fact, we didn't want to leave. I would definitely rebook here and recommend the property to everyone

I liked Villa Kaunensis. It was perfectly located for exploring the old town of Kaunas and for walking in the nearby park. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and I liked the large dining room and communal tables, which made it easy to talk to other guests.
There's an upscale hotel in Vilnius called Pacai - it's built in a restored 17th century mansion and is one of the best hotels in Lithuania. Berman House is an economy version of hotel Pacai - it has a very similar vibe with some exposed brick walls reminiscing of the building's past, it also has this modern touch everywhere you look but at the same time you cannot help but feel like a time traveller. It cozy, but feels pretty luxurious. Great location, clean rooms and a sense of luxury for the fraction of the price.
Self check in was great. Simple decorated, Ikea style, probably good for everyones taste. Located maybe 5 mins to main atractions, just next to the green park, in quiet area with old villas and houses, so no soviet blocks and stuff. Relatvely close to train and bus station.
We stayed here for the third time already - and it was as exceptional as always. Very spacious, with fully functional kitchen, roomy bathroom and very comfortable bed. Everything was sparkling clean, and the hosts were very kind to allow us in earlier than the planned check-in. The location is great - only a few minutes from bus/train stations, with a huge supermarket nearby and a plethora of wonderful inter-war villas in the surroundings. 10/10!
