A really outstanding house. Not huge, but well designed to make full use of the space it has. The massage chair was an unexpected highlight, and the kids loved having the pond immediately outside the door. We'd be happy to come back when in the area.

The owner was very friendly. He was there by our Check in showed us the property and the extra services like indoor heating pool and sauna. Also by check out he was there to greet us.
The house is well equipped with any thing you need for your vacations.

Our stay in Užukalnio sodyba was amazing! The house is big with a lot of seating possibilities and a good kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. Basically, we had everything that we could need.
But the owners made our stay as carefree as it could have been: warming up the hottub (which is perfect in combination with the still a bit cold small lake/pond in front of the cabin), lending us a baking tray and answering all of our questions quickly and happily.
The road up to the cabins can get muddy and a car that is low to the ground may have some difficulty to manage in at rainy time. After trying our best to get our stuck in car out of the mud the owners were quick to help us with it and did so flawlessly.
We had a unforgettable time and would gladly come again :)

Although in the centre of the town, the quiet and peaceful surroundings of the beautiful and practically built villa enable the guests to go through an effective process of de-stressing and rest in one of the most beautiful places in Lithuania. Nice room, nice balcony, nice staff, peace and privacy.
The room was big and had everything I needed, the bed comfortable, the balcony had a nice view. The whole villa felt well taken care of, tidy, clean and quiet. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The villa is beautifully renovated with balconies overlooking the park right in the center of Birstonas spa area. Perfect blend of history and modern with AC, coffee, tea and a fridge in the room. I loved it. They do not serve breakfast, but you can buy it for just 5€ and they arrange it for you in a spa just 1 minute walking distance from the villa.
