Helpful staff, large clean rooms. Stayed until late at night while waiting for a flight, so didn’t use the beds/ have breakfast but the 6 hours we were there were great.

It was our first night in Negombo after long journey. It was super clean, cozy and with beautiful garden.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They took us from Airport to accommodation during the night. Definitely can recommend, and try their breakfast ;)

Beautiful seaside villa with swimming pool, spatious space and rooms. Due to some serious family situation we had to leave after one night instead of 5 booked nights and owners were very nice and helpful, they charged us only for one night.
This place is for people who like privacy, silence and place far from the city rush. The city center is quite far, cca 30 min by tuktuk. You can order food in the villa, we tried only breakfast and it was good.
The pool was lovely and clean, with a team of people ready to assist with towels. The restaurant was great, again very clean and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. We stayed in a water bungalow which felt very luxurious. The space was used very well and decorated beautifully. A calm retreat.
The best journey ever! The hospitality, food, and villa were all absolutely lovely and relaxing. That's exactly what my wife and I needed. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! We spent the majority of our days at the beach or pool. The Rosanuka Beach Villa was an unforgettable experience!

Just a lovely resort, just along the river and on very green grounds! The staff were super friendly and helpful and kindly gave us an upgrade and the chalets were simply gorgeous and had very fancy toilets. We rented brand new bicycles from the hotel and cycled out to the little fishing villages of the surrounding beaches and out to see the tile factories. The resort offers different treatments and yoga sessions.
