We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right next to the beach with easy access, and the pool area—both indoor and outdoor—was great for relaxing. The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.
A rare find in Colombo suburbs located in the beachfront with good facilities along with rooms having a great sea view. I enjoyed the dinner, sandwiches and other short eats particularly. Very clean and spacious rooms. Overall, there is nothing bad to state about the experience. I would visit there again.

One of the most precious hotels in Sri Lanka. We stayed with our 4yr old son in one of the villas with private pool. The staff is super nice and the food is excellent. The price for food and drinks are higher but this is because of the great quality and service. If you look for a quiet Boutique Hotel with excellent service and high standards this is the right place. Thanks to everyone for making our stay unforgettable
