The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and even brought up a second breakfast the first day when they realized I couldn’t eat most of what they originally brought up since I can’t eat wheat. WiFi is excellent and was sufficient for me to complete a 2 hour online meeting. There is a washing machine for guest use and bottled water as well as a kitchen although we didn’t use it beyond making tea. I dropped my headphone case and didn’t realize one bud escaped until we had checked out and got a message from the owner who was kind enough to arrange a tuk tuk to bring it out to me after a dive trip later that day. Truly going above and beyond.

Sigiriya was our last stop in Sri Lanka after four weeks of holidays with our three children, and we could not thought of a better place to finish our trip. The place is very comfortable, has a beautiful view on the lion rock, and is SO quiet! That is exactly what we wanted! Plus, Suriya and his lovely family welcomed us as we were part of them. We instantly felt a connexion with them and our children loved the stay there. As a bonus, the breakfast is absolutely amazing such whatever our hosts cooked ☺️

Quiet situation, so laid back and relaxing, nice staff, helpful manager , right on the lovely beach, about 15 mins from town.

Spent 6 days here with my wife and son. The villa is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We especially liked the spacious garden that got frequently visited by groups of monkeys, flying foxes, cameleons, kingfishers and other beautifull birds.

A wonderful villa in Trincomalee with a pool and a very well maintained garden, only 10 minute drive from the Uppuveli beach. We stayed on the ground floor of the villa, the rooms were clean and comfortable, air conditioned, very good internet. The owner of the villa treated us with pizza dinner, which was a nice surprise. In general the communication with the owner was fluent.
The accommodations were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities and local charm. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay. Amazing location, away from the Main Street through Trincomalee and a short walk to Blue Sand’s beachfront restaurant and bar. Walking to the beach takes about 5 minutes along a narrow little track between properties, all the villas are spacious and very peaceful. Cannot rate this place any higher.
