The pool was decent, rooms were basic but good size and clean, and the staff were excellent. The location was fine, 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance. Easy enough to get a tuk tuk when out and about. The kitchen area was good enough for basic cooking and coffee. Loads of wildlife live in the grounds, lizards, frogs, birds and the occasional monkey. Good location for sight seeing.

The property is a design delight - really stunning but it is a little tired and could do with a slight bit of refreshing. The people working there were amazing and could not do enough to ensure the property was clean, you had everything you needed and provided fabulous food. The pool is amazing - really good size.

This little pearl with an utmost kind host Dileepa was a true bargain for what you are getting. It was very clean and has a lush garden which consistent of different fruit trees. Every bedroom has its own aircon. Dileepa is very helpful in arranging quality trips to National parks, turtle viewing and heaps of other stuff. This is all done for a very good price-quality !

Did not have breakfast included in our deal but got a very good complimentary Sri Lankan breakfast on the morning of our departure. Facilities were great at the Villa but could have been cleaner. Only one toilet roll supplied even though we had 2 bathroom/toilets. No soap/toiletries supplied but we always carry our own. Booking.com or owners always "falsify" what is included and neither side correct this - disgraceful practice !!! Restaurants nearby are closed or non existent which is why we left Tangalle much earlier than planned. JASMINE was open and the owner MANUJA was very helpful and flexible. Even gave me a pillion ride on his bike to get a bottle of wine ...

Beautiful spot. Host was super nice and rooms were tidy and clean. Ac worked great and kitchen had all the necessary things for cooking meals. Fridge, kettle and bbq grill also provided. Beautiful waterfront with lots of gorgeous trees. Great place if you wanna do yoga outdoors on the grass.

Breakfast were always fantastic, some of the best food we ate while in Sri Lanka. Restaurant quality and always varied. The location for us was great, private, secure, right next to beach with a few places to eat ,ideal. Our host was superb, always on hand but never intrusive. She never stopped making our time there perfect, even prepared dinner on the beach for wifes birthday.

Beautiful large villa, all rooms very clean including bathroom, hot water available, fully enquiped kitchen with a big fridge. Quietly off from the busy mainroad. The host and his family were super nice! Dinner was delicious. We can fully reccomend it! We are very happy to decided to stay at this villa! Nothing to complain 😊
