The pool was big and clean and very refreshing after a day of exploring.
Breakfast was a nice surprise every morning and was always tasty.
We had the cottage and it was big and welcoming. If you have poor eyesight, just be mindful of the steps throughout the cottage. (to the bathroom, to the door etc)
Our friend had the new room at the front of the place and I guess because it is new, things didn't always work great. She lost power and internet a few times. There is also more renovations happening above that room. The cottages, however, were great and quiet.
The owner was extremely helpful. He organised a driver for us to the coast and we ended up using that driver for the rest of our 2.5 week stay.

We rented two rooms next to each other which were private and secluded from the main house. There was a private little patio with hammocks. Harini was lovely and we were given a delicious juice on arrival. Warm showers and a delicious breakfast were also provided. It was a short walk to the bars and restaurants.

The location was unreal! Absolutely breathtaking views of the rice fields surrounding the hotel.

Staying in a tree house was such a novelty and a great experience, different from your average hotel room.

The best thing about our stay was how well we were looked after by all the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and friendly- going above and beyond to help us. From arranging taxis and Tuk Tuks, opening breakfast early so we could eat before we left early, to preparing a fruit box for our sunrise hike. Never experienced warmth and kindness.

This place is literally a little green paradise with plants, flowers, birds and wooden villas/ furniture. The villa was clean and comfortable, with a nice ambiance. The owners are very friendly and sweet people that do everything to make the guests feel at peace here. Very good breakfast (too much!). Walking distance from bars/ restaurants (except for nighttimes; because of the wild elephants that are everywhere you need to take a tuk-tuk)!
Excellent location for Sigiriya and Patalungala Rocks and close to Sigiriya township. Beautiful grounds with a beautiful pool. The private villas were gorgeous, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and other meals available in the restaurant.

Everything was perfect - the main mansion house is gorgeous, our pool villa was massive and nuzzled in a lovely quiet party of the estate where we benefitted from privacy and the sounds of the nature around us.
