The room was very spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable. You have a great view on Sigiriya from the room. The staff is exceptional and the food is amazing. It is an ideal location to visit Sigiriya, go for a safari at Minneriya and even visit Polonnaruwa.

We literally had a massive luxury triple room for just the 2 of us… super good breakfast, and amazingly helpful owners (they drove us with their tuk tuk to the rock at about 4:30am…), all for a ridiculously reasonable price :). After climbing the rock we walked back? Was about 25-30 mins back to the villa (;

Just wow! Amazing Homestay with the nicest family. The location for us was perfect to discover Sigiriya and the surrounding as we had a scooter for rent. The host took care of every wish we had (organising a safari, renting a scooter, e.g.). Delicious breakfast. We can totally recommend this hidden gem. If we ever come back to Sigiriya it would definitely be at holly flowers villa 🌺

Really lovely villa with a beautiful pool which is newly refurbished. Loved the outdoor bathroom. Great room size and comfort with a fan and AC. Breakfast is great and so much food included. We also had dinner here on 2 nights - rice and curry on one night and koththu on another - which were both tasty with a large portion size. Guna arranged tuktuk transport to local attractions at a reasonable price and gave us advice on good local restaurants as well as public transport options. He was very catering to us both and made us feel at home during our stay.

The location is really quiet and you are surrounded by nature including monkeys in the trees, peakcocks wandering round the beautiful garden and many dogs of course. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves most nights. The manager and staff were exceptional. Food at restaurant was good value and nice fresh breakfast. Lovely verandah to chill out and watch the garden. Our tuk tuk did not arrive due to elephants walking around the village which meant we missed sunrise at Lion Rock but our manager woke up specially to help find another one and the security guard waited with us as it was quite dark.

This place is literally a little green paradise with plants, flowers, birds and wooden villas/ furniture. The villa was clean and comfortable, with a nice ambiance. The owners are very friendly and sweet people that do everything to make the guests feel at peace here. Very good breakfast (too much!). Walking distance from bars/ restaurants (except for nighttimes; because of the wild elephants that are everywhere you need to take a tuk-tuk)!
Excellent location for Sigiriya and Patalungala Rocks and close to Sigiriya township. Beautiful grounds with a beautiful pool. The private villas were gorgeous, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and other meals available in the restaurant.

Everything was perfect - the main mansion house is gorgeous, our pool villa was massive and nuzzled in a lovely quiet party of the estate where we benefitted from privacy and the sounds of the nature around us.
Food was fantastic as was service. We went on an amazing horse ride into the lake, our guide took the best pictures!
