That was the best place we stayed in whole Sri Lanka, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, great location, right on the beach. We had nice swims in the sea, but the pool is also great. Staff very helpful and unobtrusive. Could book all trips and scooters at reasonable prices...We will book again for next December ! A clear recommendation. Unbelievable Value for Money !!

The property is situated in a private area near the Red Beach, just a five-minute walk away. Surrounded by lush green trees and the tranquility of nature, we were delighted to see monkeys, peacocks, and fireflies right on the property.
The pool was always clean and the water warm, with plenty of sunbeds available, ensuring it was never crowded. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, paying extreme attention to every detail. The breakfast was delicious, although it did take a bit of time to prepare.

Villa is stunning, really can’t fault the room, pool etc. so clean and comfortable. Had our room cleaned every day to a very high standard. Had the best sleeps of our trip.

This little pearl with an utmost kind host Dileepa was a true bargain for what you are getting. It was very clean and has a lush garden which consistent of different fruit trees. Every bedroom has its own aircon. Dileepa is very helpful in arranging quality trips to National parks, turtle viewing and heaps of other stuff. This is all done for a very good price-quality !

Beautiful large villa, all rooms very clean including bathroom, hot water available, fully enquiped kitchen with a big fridge. Quietly off from the busy mainroad. The host and his family were super nice! Dinner was delicious. We can fully reccomend it! We are very happy to decided to stay at this villa!

The views and the serenity are just excellent. Everything very clean and in perfect condition. We used their restaurant next door (Blue Dolphin Restaurant) , tasty food - try the sea food platter ! Nice and very freindly staff. Cannot recommend staying at this villa enough !! Everything was just great !

Lovely villa in a beautiful location on a wide beach with incredibly kind staff and excellent local Sri Lankan and Western cuisine! Our stay was just incredible - we should have stayed much longer ! next time we will spend our whole vacation here - so relexing. Everything in a good condition, great food and lots of wildlife ! We loved our stay here! The villa was wonderful, clean, spacious, lovely pool and we enjoyed the delicious meals which were served on our private terrace and were prepared by a chef both trained in Sri Lankan and European dishes. The staff was very friendly, unobtrusive and the house was a great place to rest. German owners - very easy to work with. We also saw baby turtles on the beach and this made this place even more special. Swimming in the sea was no problem. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will come back one day for sure.
Beautiful villa, beautiful beach, very hospitable and friendly service. The villa is just as pictured. The restaurant is close by and it was nice having the food brought over to the villa. Much more convenient with small kids. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Extraordinarily beautiful private beach villa with great amenities. Even more beautiful than on the pictures. I was surprised how well the villa was equipped with kitchenware, games, books, washing, pool towels, bikes etc. the house and pool was cleaned every day, our fridge was filled with basics when we arrived. there was literally nobody at the beach and the pool was just great. the restaurant next door delivers breakfast, lunch and dinner and leaves no room for complaints.
