This location is perfectly nestled into the midst of the rainforest and is perfect for peace and tranquility, we arrived much to the surprise of the host due to us booking very last minute and the host not yet being updated by booking.com however that did not hinder his warm welcome and his keeness to ensure our happiness. He arranged a tuktuk to take us to a nearby waterfall and by the time we arrived back the room was all set up perfectly for us. We enjoyed sitting in the treehouse and were served a delicious authentic sri lankian meal followed by the most amazing night sitting under the fire flies listening to the thunder storm. The room was just what we hoped it would be, a calm jungle like experience. We will 100% visit again if we are ever back in this beautiful country.

The villas are very nice, cozy and clean. The entire property looks amazing, very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had breakfast and dinner on our own terrace, they even helped us with the laundry, free of charge, because the service at the hotel they usually work with was not available at that moment.

We loved the out-of-the'way location. It was so peaceful, while the colonial bungalow was elegant, comfortable and spotless. Our host Petra was attentive and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. Rani, the on-site housekeeper was delightful and ensured our day-to'day needs and comfort were taken care of... and her cooking was an exceptional introduction to Sri Lankan food. Everything was amazing. It's on a hilltop and you're just surrounded with greenery. We got the whole villa to ourselves.Care taker was available and you could tell him if you want breakfast ,lunch or dinner. Definitely a home away from home. Has full kitchen, washing machine, wifi , tv and amazing views.There is nothing around the stay so advisable to buy something on the way when you're coming back from sightseeing.
