The rooms, of which there are only four, are well-appointed, clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the garden area is stunning, wide ocean view with waves constantly rolling in. The beach is small and very rocky, almost like a coral reef. You can walk along it, and it is beautiful and full of wildlife (we saw Turtles swimming!). I think the pool is a sea water pool and is in a shaded area of the grounds, making it perfect to cool off. The resort has the vibe of an old colonial house and is extremely comfortable.

Beautiful Villa, it’s not a luxury villa, but a good villa for a family getaway, it’s well maintained to the naked eye. Great views as you can see from the pics but mind you there is no beach or access to the water.
Tharanga the house manager was excellent and attentive.
The land block houses 6 villas, we had friends in another villa for a bucks night and we used this villa to keep our baby, nanny, maid (safely) and us parents to sleep at night.

Beautiful hotel. So luxurious. Perfect if you are after a quiet,peaceful few days away as there are few people around and you have the beach to yourself. Beachfront and a lovely pool. Breakfast was also good. We stayed for our honeymoon and they had petals on the bed, a nice touch. Staff were very nice.
The villa is in a beautiful and peaceful location - right on the beach and a short walk into the main town area. The villa was beautifully decorated and really spacious.
The staff were so friendly and went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. I’m coeliac so can’t have normal bread and they got me specific gluten free bread and made me delicious breakfasts.
A few days of luxury, I’d highly recommend.
This place was incredible, truly the best/most beautiful place we stayed during our time in Sri Lanka. The interiors are beautiful and pool plus beachfront mean this villa really has it all. Finally the service was exceptional, a really lovely team and given the small number of rooms it felt totally tranquil and private. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!
We loved the property. It is a new villa and the rooms were well equipped, comfortable, clean. Luxury boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable especially Roshan and the boys Kazan, rasika and abhithea were very sweet and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was delicious and pool snacks good. We released baby turtles from a tiny farm run by the government ecological area to save the eggs from predators. The hotel also called us when the turtles came to lay their eggs.
Boutique luxury on the edge of Mirissa and one of the best places we have ever stayed. The villa itself is stunning with a very quiet and clean private beach. Although the facilities are fantastic, what really makes this property is the staff. They couldn’t do enough for the guests and went above and beyond. Only four rooms so it almost felt like having our own private villa at times. The breakfast selection is excellent and we also really enjoyed our private dinner on the beach one night. If you are thinking about staying here, do it!
If you choose Mirissa (Mandarabulla actually), Landrich Eco Villas could be on your top list. Some 200m away from the main road and you're almost in the middle of the tropical jungle with monkeys, squirrels, geckos on your roof. The room was spotless clean, good wireless internet. Everything was within walking distance: beach, restaurants, stores. When we arrived on a hot day, there was cold beer and water in the fridge, much appreciated !
