The rooms, of which there are only four, are well-appointed, clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the garden area is stunning, wide ocean view with waves constantly rolling in. The beach is small and very rocky, almost like a coral reef. You can walk along it, and it is beautiful and full of wildlife (we saw Turtles swimming!). I think the pool is a sea water pool and is in a shaded area of the grounds, making it perfect to cool off. The resort has the vibe of an old colonial house and is extremely comfortable.

The room is very clean and spacious, it also has a beautiful balcony with a hammock where you can listen to nature. On top of that you get a fridge filled with water which is very handy in this hot climate!

Beautiful Villa, it’s not a luxury villa, but a good villa for a family getaway, it’s well maintained to the naked eye. Great views as you can see from the pics but mind you there is no beach or access to the water.
Tharanga the house manager was excellent and attentive.
The land block houses 6 villas, we had friends in another villa for a bucks night and we used this villa to keep our baby, nanny, maid (safely) and us parents to sleep at night.

Location is absolutely perfect for exploring south beaches and cities such as Mirissa, Matara, Weligama, … There are many good restaurants in 15 min walk (Bob was our top pick). Supermarket is also super close (10 mins by walk). Madiha beach was our the most favourite beach and its very close to the Villa. Thank you for letting us stay.
Such a great place! I had such a lovely stay at the Villa. Perfect location, close to cafes, the supermarket and the beach. Very clean and modern. Pamoda and her father were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was very generous. I hope I’ll be back again!
Me and my brother were the first to stay in this villa. It is a beautiful space to be in. It is clean and spacious. There is aircon and the building is well insulated. The family who own the place are very hospitable and kind people and we were very happy to stay and would go definitely go back :)

Villa is cozy and in relatively quiet location, near the huge wild beach (200m away).
The owner is legend, they were very kind and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.
Price is fair, much cheaper than in the nearest Mirissa.
