The location is a lovely, relaxing spot, perfect for a getaway. The owner was incredibly supportive from the moment of booking, providing clear instructions and guidance. Caretaker Lal was very friendly and looked after us attentively throughout our stay. The place was well-equipped with all necessary amenities like kitchen utensils, a gas stove, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, and hot water. This is our second visit to this recently opened cottage. It was easy to locate using Google Maps and has a secure, free parking area. It is a lovely place to relax and stay. Although we traveled as a couple, there were two comfortable large beds that could also accommodate a family. You can order delicious food from the cottage owner, who prepares it for you. The place is impeccably clean, giving you a sense of being at home. The owner is very kind and helpful, and the location offers beautiful scenery, with a view of the black bridge on the Kital Ella railway track.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
What a view. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the valley was amazing. Our 2 huge beds were comfy and facilities great. The family were english speaking and very helpful. Easy walking distance to the lovely village. Parking for tuktuk no problem.

The homestay offers incredible views, large, comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. But the most special part of Nilowin is the kind, helpful family who run the guesthouse and the delicious, fresh, home cooked food in an idyllic setting. Our whole family took the cooking class and learned so much about Sri Lankan food and culture. I can't recommend it enough.
The local village and tea fields are beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed it all so much that we extended our stay.

Capoe House is a wonderful villa with two room among terraced rice fields and mountains. Its hard to get there. The hotel offroad will pick you up in the village and bring you to an amazing place outside of civilization. The view from the room is breathtaking and the staff are amazingly nice and helpful and will do anything for you. The chef cooks just for you and the food is great (except for the beef :-))
