Place and the room was as explained in the site. All mentioned facilities were there cleaned and quiet. AC, hot water shower, bath room all were fine.Staff was very supportive. I is a family owned bugdet guesthouse, and an excellent one at that. Clean and safe rooms, good home cooked meals, central location and cozy outdoors seating on upper floors.
Do not get scared off by the entrance through a rough looking back yard- the guest house is different.
It was in a beautiful place next to the lakes and the jungle. It was also close to a lot of temples. We stayed for two nights and did a tour around Anuradhapura and mihintalee and went to Willpatu park. It is not very close to restaurants or shops but the host cooked us dinner and breakfast everyday. The host is very helpful. It is a quiet and relaxing stay. If you want to get a taste of the life in the villages in Anuradhapura this is your place to be.
