We where looking for something green outside the city but still near - regular shuttles to the city - beautiful location in big garden at the river - very luxurious modern rooms - friendly staff and a good farm to table restaurant in the middle of a eco farm - Sas a very positive surprise

In addition, they also help me book train tickets to It's very convenient for me to go. I love this place very much as a family. I will come back soon
This is a small complex only 18 villas in total and for a 3 star property punches well above that. We stayed in an upstairs room with a view to the river. Good size room and 2 pools to cool down in. The staff were lovely, anything you want they try to help.
Restful and peaceful. Amazing staff so helpful. Loved the ethos of the lodge focused on sustainability Rooms were very comfortable, clean and well.looked after and facilities were everything we needed gym, yoga, freshwater swimming pool and spa to mention a few. . Villa was luxury in the midst of nature. Lovely food very tasty and great that it offered vegan options as my daughter is vegan
What did I like... Absolutely nothing! Booked room last minute at a good discount for a friend at Xanaya Home Villas, a very polite young man, previously a Monk. Horrible experience. He was treated very rudely, not provided a room, and walked by the person at the desk to another location clearly known by the person at the desk, which was a terrible place.
the Staff at this property are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they helped us in every way.
When you hire a motor bike you will be able to get to the old town in a few minutes otherwise a free shuttle is provided. The property has a beautiful swimming pool & some villas look over the Mekong river. Breakfast was delicious. When we go to Luang Prabang again we will definitely stay here.
Brilliant breakfast, great restaurant, wonderful accommodation in the private villa with pool, beautiful riverside setting, free bikes and airport transfers, close to the bamboo bridge, and a fantastic team of staff who were always friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend the place highly enough!
The private poolvilla is maybe one of the best places in Laos for the money you have to spend.
The staff is simply amazing. The shuttle service is convenient (and you need it, as long as the bamboo bridge is closed.)
Restaurant food and breakfast are on a high level.
