I wasn't such a luxury place, really worth it's price. Definitely recommend it to anyone if you need a place to stay for a night or two while in Astana!
The location is wonderful with amazing views of the river and the city. The room, although not luxurious, was clean, comfortable and spacious. Wifi, air con, hot water were excellent. The bathroom also had a washing machine which was fabulous and the small kitchenette was useful . A bar fridge and microwave were also available. The QS bed was comfortable with fresh linen. There is an enclosed balcony for smokers.
Exclusive place for ones who appeciate luxury comfort and service. Very professional staff and high level services. Lovely place near river, comfortable for walking and running. Very cozy rooms and interior. I plan to come back.
Massive rooms and bathroom, new hotel with a fresh, luxurious feel! The St. Regis Bar is open till 2 am so was perfect for a late meal after a night check in.
Everything!!!! What a huge apartment! What beautiful place with everything that's needed to make the stay comfortable and luxurious. Just tooooo good. 100 percent recommend and I'll definitely be coming here if I come to Astana again! .
The hostel is surprisingly clean and silent. There are people from all over the world, and the atmosphere of mutual respect permeates the air.
The hostess is a communicative woman who would not leave your messages unanswered for more than 5 minutes.
The location is convenience itself. Those having a penchant for well-designed coffee shops will find ‘Big Apple’ a local gem. Ritz is basically across the street, offering luxury shopping. This is the very heart of the New City.
I appreciated the amenities in the hotel room! I found the design and the decor to be luxurious for its price range. The location was a 15 minute walk from the city centre, which makes it easy to navigate. The hotel is also situated near a small supermarket, so it is easy to buy drinks and snacks! The breakfast is held in a pub, but it is not included. It has a separate menu with a decent selection.
