The property is very clean and organized.
You do your on breakfast but it’s very easy to do. Bread , jam, cereals and milk are easy get from the counter top.
Shower is clean and big and we got a bathroom for ourselves.
I fully recommend this place for stay before a flight or after a flight if you don’t want to travel to the city late at night

We stayed here for 3 weeks, and feel so lucky to have found this place. The beds were so comfortable, the place was so quiet and warm, there's lots of amazing cafes and restaurants in the backstreets between here and Hongdae. It was also the cleanest place I've stayed in bar none.
The host was very helpful, and has a YouTube channel with some shorts on the local area that we appreciated. There was some local Korean treats on arrival for us which was super cute.
It's around 10 minutes walk from Hongdae which isn't too bad, getting somewhere this comfortable and well priced close to Hongdae would be impossible.
Overall I loved the stay here, and would stay again.

It looks like the hotel is situated in a very tiny village outside the city, there just a few buildings in this area. It's very quiet what I appreciated.
Reception orginize reliable and affordable taxi transfer to the airport, the ride takes only 10 minutes. There is also the bus Nr 111 from the bus stop next to the hotel to the the Terminals.
Hotel itself is very nice with specious and clean rooms and the staff is nice and helpful. In front there is a 7 Eleven shop what is really good.
Nice luxury guesthouse. Comfortable beds. The shared kitchen is a plus. Close to Unseo Sation. Easy to travel to Incheon Airport or Seoul city. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly host.

The hotel is in one word beautiful and luxurious. Specifically the art exhibitions (at the time of our stay Keith Herring and Banksy) was impressive and unexpected. We enjoyed this very much, as well as the dinner in the Japanese restaurant Raku, though expensive. The pools are clean and nice, but also crowded with familiies with small children.
