We were so fortunate to be able to spend a few nights at Dario’s pool cottage! Photos do not show how gorgeous this home is. The beds are comfy, there are modern AC units in the bedrooms and the pool and outside sitting areas are private and luxurious. We couldn’t believe our luck in finding this place. It is a quick Tuktuk ride to most amenities and just around the corner from the cave restaurant (also a short walk from the Stilts Treehouses where they feed bush babies at the pub every evening). Dario was a wonderful host and Faith ensured we had everything we needed, including booking excursions and transportation from Mombasa. Stay here!!

The location is perfect even though not a beach-front. It is quiet and safe with a nice parking. Accessing the property requires a little bit more effort because it is off the main road requiring using a small acccess-earth-road.

For this price an unbeatable Villa. Excellent location, just a 3 minute walk from the beach and you enter the beach at 1 of the best spots with a great beachbar with good food and drinks and lots of activities to plan.
If you walk out the door next to you you can get water and soda's and other small things.
2 supermarkets and other stores within 15 minutes of driving.
Plenty of good restaurants within minutes driving.
The Villa was very nice and all the appliances were like new, and you find everything you need in the kitchen to make your breakfast or dinner.
Great big new smart TV.
Nice and comfortable couch.
And for me the best feature was the great swimming pool, really nice sized and 2 nice spots to sit, 1 at the deep end and 1 at the shallow end.
The nice and green garden provides plenty of shade thanks to the coconut palm trees.
And in the morning you can get a visit from a monkey on the fence wall.

Loved the ambience and rustic design of the villa. Beautiful greenery. Peaceful and quiet escape. Large sized rooms with extra extra beds. My favorite was the loft area - perfect for afternoon snooze and some privacy. Front veranda provided great view of the pool which was mere steps away. All the surrounding villas faced the pool but still there was a sense of privacy. A chef was available for small extra fee- the meals were sumptuous. Morning walk to the beach was only 10 minutes away. The manager Kim was very professional and provided great customer service.

The house was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There wasn’t noise from the street or city. Ac wasn’t working the first two nights but the hosts had it fixed by the third night. Felt very safe.

Very homely feeling, staff were excellent and very accomodating. Pool with view to the ocean is exactly as pictured
I also loved the proximity to the village, it's nice to be able to take a stroll and see local life.
The peace and quiet of the place it a great hide a way and untapped gem for sure less touristic.

The Decor of the place was fantastic and the reading spaces plus the outdoor sitting spaces
The place is exceptional and a short drive off the main highway.It has amazing beachfront access and the staff always available to make the stay as comfortable as possible.We stayed 2 nights and we will definetly be back.Thank you Ms.Wanga and Ezekiel...you guys make a good team...we really enjoyed ourselves.
