We arrived 1 hr past our planned time, but attendant was there with keys-yeah! House was large, spacious, and bedding found superior, clean, onsen tub(s) were terrific and attendant filled one ready to go! Close to shinkansen, and great restaurants, very nice place.

Beautiful and very spacious house! Very clean and cozy. We’ve spent here 5 nights and it was wonderful. Very hospitable and kind owner Kimura San who helps with everything. Everything is beyond expectations. The place is very clean, cozy, and warm. Both of the owners are really kind. They serve us like we are the part of their family. We are allowed to borrow the boots & child snow board for free. The food is really good. They took us to the cheaper renting of ski equipment. We will definitely be back to this villa.
amazing apartment - very spacious, beautiful view out a massive round window, clean, functional, private. staff very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. breakfast was great (including vegetarian adjustments). 5 minute walk to the south gate of Naeba resort (near kids area and gondola). 10-15 walk to the village for a few more dining options.
