We arrived 1 hr past our planned time, but attendant was there with keys-yeah! House was large, spacious, and bedding found superior, clean, onsen tub(s) were terrific and attendant filled one ready to go! Close to shinkansen, and great restaurants, very nice place.

Everything is beyond expectations. The place is very clean, cozy, and warm. Both of the owners are really kind. They serve us like we are the part of their family. We are allowed to borrow the boots & child snow board for free. The food is really good. They took us to the cheaper renting of ski equipment. We will definitely be back to this villa.
amazing apartment - very spacious, beautiful view out a massive round window, clean, functional, private. staff very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. breakfast was great (including vegetarian adjustments). 5 minute walk to the south gate of Naeba resort (near kids area and gondola). 10-15 walk to the village for a few more dining options.
Very comfortable room, spacious. The accommodation provided us bus passes for the village shuttle, that gave us great access to central yuzawa and other parts of the valley. The location is a bit removed from the station (45 min walk), it was great to have the bus pass and we enjoyed cycling around the valley.
Although we came in the off-season there were a bunch of good places to eat. Being a bit removed from the grey, crowded station area we also got to enjoy the green valleys, rice fields, river and mountains much more.
