The location, get to have the whole house to ourselves. It was a good experience for my friends from other countries to see Japanese house, the size, the style, etc. And it's great if your flight is much latter than the check out time. Because the rate is reasonable and you can just book an additional night and stay till your flight time. More affordable than hotel hourly late check out rates.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for 8 of us. The house was clean. We drove and there was paid parking lots nearby to park in. If you have a small car, you can park on the property. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to answer all my questions. Close to convenient stores and restaurants. We went to Disney, and it was only about a 15-20 minute drive.

This place is so beautiful and charming. You feel like you stepped back in time (but with all modern amenities). The beds were so comfy and the pajamas were a nice, relaxing touch. We had everything we could need—and more! Did not expect to be able to play the records I bought on my trip, but there was a record player! I liked how the location was away from the city center but super easy to get anywhere with the train right there! The staff were the absolute best—from delivering incredible breakfasts every morning to helping my friend get his lost phone back by helping us with communication. 10/10 would stay here again and will tell all my friends ❤️

Really cool place with plenty of space for a group of friends like us. Each bedroom had AC and a nice bed with a bunch of pillows. The location is not touristy at all, which for us was a good thing! A very unique find in Tokyo, for sure, I would definitely recommend to any groups/families.
