Host was really nice and helpful in explaining rules and how to use the property, such as how we can heat the baths and what we can or cannot use in the property. Host is Japanese speaking only but it was not a problem for us. The property was really clean with big spaces to relax, and our group of 7 enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very helpful in responding to our inquiry and very kind to pick us up and drive us to the station on check out. She speaks English fluently so we can have some chats through which we learned more about the region and the local people.
