Very closed to Shiga train station and Lake Biwa. The bakery at train station is a must do for breakfast! Washing machine and dry function for the bathroom are bonus!

Clean, comfortable and wonderful location. Felt like a home away from home. Natsuki was so welcoming and caring about our time in Kyoto. She prepared a brilliant guide for our stay and we really enjoyed visiting lots of the places she suggested. Highly recommend this accommodation!

In my opinion it actually looked better in person than the photos. It was quiet and more spacious than I expected. It was very beautiful, clean, lots of amenities, enough that you really don't need to get out of the house at all if you don't want to or can't for whatever reason that night. It's in a reasonable walking distance even with luggage from Kyoto station, and has access to other transportation options nearby. The atmosphere is really nice, bathrooms was excellent, great deep spacious bath, optional rain showers. Instructions was very well done and there is also a booklet to guide you through all the things the building has to offer. The attention to detail is wonderful. Emptying the bath did sound like you were trying to summon a demon near the end (The draining worked great and was very fast, but loud as a result), but all in all a great experience, definitely recommend. I'd love to stay here again at some point.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
We loved everything about our stay. From before check-in until after check-out, everyone put in so much attention to detail. Incredible views, luxury and the meals were nothing short of amazing. Would highly recommend this to everyone and definitely come back ourselves! We'd like to thank the staff for all of their hard work!
Lots of space and the private onsen was fantastic. The bathroom and all living areas had plenty of room for 2 people and were very luxurious. All staff were super lovely and helpful. A lot of explanations on etiquette and how to use the facilities so you feel clear.
