The apartment is located relatively centrally (8 min tube ride to the central station) with a lot of local amenities and a spacious car park on site. It is a modern styled apartment, which is pretty comfortable to spend a few nights while in Nagoya. There are two separate bedrooms, small but comfortable. Air conditioning in every room, which you need even out of the hot season for ventilation -- the area is busy and noisy and the apartment is on the ground floor with bedroom facing the fence and the parking lot -- therefore opening windows is not really a great option. But aircons are good, quiet and soft (when needed to be such). There is a well equipped kitchen and a plenty of space in the living room. There is a bath tab and a separate walk-in shower, a washing machine and everything one could expect.
The key for the code-lock was delivered remotely, so there was no challenge checking-in or out.

the place was true to the ads,... and one of the very very few places for a family of 5 to stay within walking distance of nagoya station THAT HAS A PRIVATE BATH!
other than that all else was at par, but the building itself was luxurious though, smelled 4 star but i think like all big hotel chains. it does lack that personal touch.
they did have clean rooms though, lots of freebies at the lobby, but a nice little room for us to stay. couldnt complain as we only spent 12hours overall in this hotel.

The room was amazing, with modern touches of luxury, spotless clean, spacious, awesome coffee, kid's felt at home with the streaming channels and Netflix on a big screen and the in room washing machine was a cherry on top of this 10/10 hotel.

The room was luxurious and large by Japanese standards. The beds were amazing and soft. The whole floor was super quiet. The staff were quick to check us in and gave clear directions in English as needed and suggestions on what to see in the historical area very close by. It was a surprise to find we were so close to a heritage area of Nagoya. It is also a reasonable distance to the Nagoya castle but a taxi ride is still better than walking when it’s hot!

The room was very spacious with a king size bed, jacuzzi, large TV, different lighting settings, premium skincare and hair care, and a massager. Perfect for couples, but we stayed as two friends and we had the best experience!
