If I could rate this place from 1 to 100 I would give it a 1000000!!
We never had such an amazing experience!
First of all, the place is located close to Hiroshima Station. If you have big backpacks, take bus number 50 and after 3 stops you're literally by the main entrance.
All bathroom, kitchen, and laundry amenities. The place is huge! Don't be shocked by the pics, it has plenty of space! It's clean, and the design is great!
You have restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Downstairs a cafe and a gym.
The communication with the owner is efficient! Very nice guy! And he went the extra mile to help us with a slight internet issue we had. He even brought us sweets!!! JUST AMAZING!

Beautiful property in tranquil setting away from crowds of day trippers. The rotenburo is fantastic, and there are outdoor balconies and garden spaces that feel private (though heavy rain on the second day meant we didn’t get to enjoy them much). Entire property spotlessly clean. Definitely choose the half pension option for meals at the associated ryokan (Mizuha-so, which both our mapping apps misplaced—follow the signs for the aquarium, and you’ll find it right across the street).
Staff friendly, with pretty good English. Meals excellent, though of course very fish-forward (it is, after all, an island). Both Japanese and Western options offered for breakfast, but we chose Japanese and it was lovely.
Fully stocked complimentary bar, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, as well as hot beverages and some small snacks.
Perfect for families, groups, or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while traveling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, free-standing mansions – travelers can cook, lounge, and explore at their own pace. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
It feels like a family. We were cooking and having dinner together 😊 I had lots of unique experiences by meeting the people in the village and talking to them. Acchan took me and other guests to the Sake brewery for a tasting and showed us around. I liked the experience so much that I cancelled my further travel plans and volunteered for a week.
Amazing waterfront location in a peaceful island setting. An old Japanese house in a little village. Good cooking facilities. Extremely friendly and helpful host (Japanese language only). Travel here by car, your own boat, or public transport (bus from Kure).
