Lassy Condominium was beautiful, spacious and the hosts were very considerate. There were plenty of amenities for children (aka toys, soft toys, games, 2 baby chairs, and a stepping stool for the basin). Our children loved the place and we found the overall location very homely and comfortable too.

The inside of the house is beautiful. The main rooms on the lower floors were excellently clean, especially the tatami room. The kitchen was nice and spacious, and for a group of seven, that was great to have. The shower was nice and had very strong pressure.

What a wonderful 5 night stay we had in this beautiful guest house. We loved it so much we even stayed 'home' one day! Close to Kumamoto but felt a world away. Our generous hosts looked after us so well.

The hotel felt more luxurious and exclusive than expected. Staff members were always on hand to greet you the moment you stepped out of the lift and were ready to assist you in all matters (early/late check-in, storing of suitcases, parking matters). I like that there was a separate lift for residents. The interior design was superb and almost feels as if I was in a traditional ryokan.

KOKO was in a prime location for everything I wanted to see and do during my time in Kumamoto. On top of this, the access to and from the airport was a breeze and the interiors made it a very luxurious stay.
Brand new hotel in the shopping and restaurant/cafe complex connected to the Kumamoto train station. Close to the tram station. Nice view from lobby, restaurant and the room. Comfortable bed. Modern room. Communal bath. We enjoyed convenience and a bit of luxury. Staff were very polite.
Very nice and spacious rooms - almost a luxury in Japan. In walking distance from the station as well as the castle, so perfect for a stay in Kumamoto.
The room is spacious, and the view is also spectacular. We love the public bathing area. It's not a hot spring, but it is as comfortable as it can get. There are two interesting facilities. One is the self-service laundry room, which you don't usually find in this kind of luxury hotel. I hope they can add a few more machines. The other is the self-service baggage storage room that is very close to the reception. The hotel is super close to the JR and Tram stations, that is another big plus.
Close to Kumamoto Station, the location is convenient, just above the shopping mall, downstairs shopping mall has everything to eat, drink and shop. The hotel staff is very good and warm. The lobby is luxurious, the rooms are very clean, and the view is very good. It is the best hotel I have experienced in this trip to Japan! Next time I come to Kumamoto, I will definitely stay in the blosssom kumamoto again! Finally, Onepiece is real!!!
