WOW! What an amazing house for our stay in Kawazu. We had a short stay here during our trip to Japan, only 2 nights, but what I would've given to have had all our places be like this. It's a well furnished and appointed home that has a lot of space available. It was great as a switch up from smaller places like we had in cities like Osaka & Tokyo. It's great also if you're doing a longer trip and have some laundry you need to do. Big plus on that front. Location is great. Short walk or drive to town for groceries. We cooked both nights we stayed, once in kitchen, once on the barbeque and it was a really great experience. One thing to note is that for clueless Americans like myself, this is a Japanese style home. It was cool to experience, but have your Google Translate ready as there is a bit of a learning curve on things like the bathtub, AC, etc. Overall. highly recommend this home for your travels to Kawazu. It's a beautiful home in a stunningly beautiful area.

Absolutely loved this property because of how phenomenal the location was. We were right on the strip of the festival and the property was beautiful with a cherry tree right next to it. Very lovely living and hangout spaces and lots of windows for beautiful lighting. It had a very nice traditional vibe.

This place is a luxury, you are treated exceptionally well, the staff is extremely helpful and kind and so very welcoming. The amenities and location are just amazing, you can walk along the beach as it's right across the street, There are only a few rooms so it is very peaceful, the onsens are amazing, the staff made us wonderful ice coffee to relax with outside as well. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Everything was positive about this ryokan! Staff were extremely friendly. The onsen bath in your private balcony was fantastic, having the luxury of enjoying onsen in your room. They also had two private onsen rooms which you can book to use for free!
We stayed for two nights and had kaiseki for dinner both nights, which were amazing as well. It was truly an unforgettable experience staying here.
Dinner & Breakfast are good. Attentive staff. The staff, Ridzuan who understood English, explained the food in details and made good recommendations to some shopping at Welcia and ValuMax. Near the beachfront.
Food was fine dining quality, view from room was awesome, staff was friedly and helped us with bus timetables. Own bath at the balcony was luxurious. There were yukatas for long people.
This place is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Japan. The view from my room was AMAZING! It really was worth every cent. The staff were exceptional, super kind and extremely helpful. They even drove me to town so I could get some dinner. My room was so spacious, clean and beautiful! The public baths were also beautiful and ultra relaxing! They rest of the installations in the hotel were luxurious and peaceful. My stay was so lovely and relaxing at this hotel! I will definitely stay here again and again!
