compared to other properties in that area and apparently no surge pricing on weekends unlike other hotels
Exceptionally clean with a complimentary breakfast and drink and a very good Japanese dinner 2 nights I stayed at a very reasonable price

The location was in a residential area and close enough to see many of the sights using public transportation. Overall the facilities were good, the air conditioning and split rooms nice as well as the shower.

The view of the city was really nice. The host was really friendly and accommodating and responded quickly. We could get some much needed rest because it was nice and quiet.
