Wonderfully comfortable room overlooking the bridge. Luxury amenities to treat myself and a beautiful spring afternoon tea. Staff in hotel were lovely people and special thanks to the beautiful lady in the restaurant who served us afternoon tea. It was an unexpected treat highlighting the food from the Aomori region.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the nebuta in the lobby give it so much charm and a luxurious feeling. Breakfast was spectacular, plenty of options to choose from and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Front desk and cleaning staff were also very friendly and professional. Check out was hassle free and fast and the location is great, it's such a short distance from the station and close to the main attractions in Aomori city. I did nothing but relaxing, since there is not much to do in this small village, outskirts of City of Aomori.
The owner allowed us to drop our bags before and after check in and out so we could see the town unhindered. She was very nice to us for the whole stay. We stayed in the tatami mat room. The mats were new and felt luxurious. The futon s were so comfortable we almost decide to no show a different hotel so we could stay at Iroha longer. The bathroom was clean and relaxing to use. It is spacious enough for a family all at once. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
