Such a cute place with everything you could need. He included a welcome basket with snacks which was so nice and appreciated to hold us over until we found a place to eat. We look forward to going back here next year and spending more time.

LOVED the hostess, Erica, right away! She was very friendly, accommodating, and gave us a great run down of the property. The property itself was amazing. The location was perfect as it was minutes away from the family and friends that we came to visit. The air-conditioning worked great. It was a gated property with remote control entrance and exit so we felt very safe. Family members of the host also live on the property (in a separate house), but we rarely saw them and was never bothered by them at all. There was also a small store right outside the gate and 2 places that sold local food. We will definitely be visiting and STAYING THERE again!

After planning this trip for quite some time and being worried it wouldn't go well because of the recent passing of a hurricane, I was suprised and happy with the commitment to exceptional customer service by Azteca Villas. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was warm and welcoming, the air was so clean and the scenery was just lovely. Its exactly what we needed and I have zero regrets. We played games and music while Ms Avril and her daughter cooked and in the night we all chilled by the pool with wine 🍷 This birthday was everything and I am already planning another trip. Amazing hosts. Got explanations of local life, culture, and many many plants. Really great food... please try that before leaving! Koko and Jo are really great people. It was really pleasant talking to them and getting to know more about Jamaica. Very welcoming and available to accommodate our needs, even if for one night only. Great villa with loads of artistic creations from the owners. Possibility to park your car. Really enjoyed the sunrise view from the terrace! Thank you!!!
