Its not our first apartment or B&B rental in Italy (and in this area) but I can honestly say it was the best . At First I have to mention that this apartment was absolutely dry and warm even on rainy day without heater. If you ever rented something in Italy you know what I am talking about. If you need to rent it during winter times they have great heating as well. Second , apartment was absolutely clean and beautifully decorated ,surrounded by beautiful private garden. You will have everything you need to have a great time ,tea, coffee, oil, wine and lots of jams and cookies just in case you need a snack. Remember its just an apartment not a B&B so they don't have to provide you with food at all. I also must say what a wonderful people owners are, they really want you to be comfortable and welcome you with a warm heart . I really hope to come back and highly recommend it to all my friends.

This cute and cozy property is situated in a quiet street and very central to Viterbo. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had probably the most luxurious shower we’ve ever experienced. Another plus is the little courtyard with garden lounge swing..perfect for naps while recovering from jet lag! Would definitely recommend this property 😊

The communication was clear before and during the stay. Paulo the owner was there to give us the keys, and stock up on breakfast supplies. We were walking the VF and I had given the wrong address for our bag drop off. Paulo had already picked them up and brought them to us and organized the pick up the next day. Nothing was too much for him.
The apartment is right in the medieval quarter and we were there during an arts fiesta in the piazza, right under our window. We had prime seats!

This was a great stay, very little detail was perfect from the lovely smell of the reed diffusers in the bathroom to how well the kitchen was equipped! The bed was cosy and everything was nearly arranged for our arrival. The jacuzzi was nice and warm and the host had even switched on the relaxing music for us. The host’s communication was great with all of the instructions on how to enter the property too. We had some nice breakfast food left ready for us and a good selection of coffee. The jacuzzi is set up in the basement below and is all self contained into the property and private. Great stay!

Eleanore is very warm and accomodating. She cooked a wonderful Italian meal for us. We were surprised with home made apple cake and delicious marmelades for breakfast. Her staff member Carla speaks fluent English and is super friendly too. We decided to stay another day to have a little break from biking the Via Francigena and visited Villa Lante in the neighbouring village. We were able to charge our e-bikes here too.

The host was the kindest man ever, meeting us outside to show us around the facilities and even saving a parking spot for us right outside the apartment. He even provided us with plenty of snacks and laundry pods for washing our clothing. The property is a minute's walk away from Villa Lante, and extremely convenient to locate. We would absolutely revisit this place the next time we are in the area.

The villa is located near three springs, two free springs and one SpaTepno dei Pape. The city of Viterbo is very old and beautiful. I recommend visiting these places and this

Really charming villa which offers a quiet retreat in the immediate outskirts of Viterbo. Beautiful pool area. I'd recommend opting to dine at the villa one night as it'll save you the drive back (you can also arrange to cork your wine). Owners live in a separate building at the property and are very helpful, as is the rest of the staff.
