The house is great, a lot of space, and has a character :) Location is great, just few minutes walk from the entrance to the waterfalls park. There is a parking spot right next to the house, not on the road.
There are several good restaurants few minutes away walking.
Host was really helpful and answered immediately to all the questions we had.
Definitely will come back here!

Very close to Marmore Falls. The property is situated in a quiet area, close to Terni. Is very easy to make day trips to villages. Our room was perfect! Self-check-in and a very kind host, Francesco!
The location was absolutely beautiful! The villa was beautifully decorated and very functional and had spectatular views. Corrado was a great host, very friendly and helpful! We really appreciated the time he took to give us advice on what to see and where to eat in the area during our stay. He had great insights and was very knowledgeable. The booklet provided was also very handy. Highly recommend a stay here - beautiful villa and so much to see in the area!
The host was very attentive (speaks Italian only). There was plenty of food and beverages for breakfast. It was a big and pleasant surprise! Pillows were orthopedic - very comfy. Small, cosy and very authentic village, worth to take a walk around. And must see - Marmore falls.
Great location if visiting Cascate delle Marmore. Diverse selection of snacks and plenty of bottled water. Air conditioning works fantastic. Quiet little village. Right across the street is an interesting display of art inspired by the village as well as an interesting view of the landscape. About 10 minute drive to Terni.
