Location was great, the house is nice, modern and well equipped. You will need a car to get there, but if you want to visit Sardinia you need a car anyway; beach is not far, a few minutes by car. Plenty of restaurants and shops in Budoni.

New build with all the necessary facilities for a short or long stay, including appliances and all features of a new and modern property; way above Italy's high standards accommodation; free strong wifi / flat screen TV , very comfy beds , all brand new kitchen and bathroom ( good washing machine and dishwasher plus a lot of electrical kitchen utensils that you would not find in other accommodations of this type; great coffee machine too !!) , all furnished at high level - indoors and outside back and front garden; well explained instructions for recycling. There are three Aircon units , one for each room and one for the open plan kitchen/ living space.
Outside beautifully furnished set up for families and not only; There is a bonus - jacuzzi if you want to use it ( at a small charge - it's really worth it !) and mountain views all around; there is a 100% natural scenery with tranquil relaxing atmosphere.
The property is within easy access and short walking distance to the village and to the beach, with white sand and crystal water, there is a beach bar and sunbeds but you can also use your own towels.
Lovely restaurants and cafes ( best gelato places!!) down the village, and 5 minutes away walking distance at the closest supermarket.
We have fallen in love with this place and we will certainly return hopefully soon ! The host is very helpful and responsive, way above our expectations, very accommodating and ready to offer the best stay to any holiday maker!

We had an excellent stay at Residence Colle Maiorca. The lady at the reception was super nice and welcoming. The apartment was freshly renovated, equipped with everything you might need, and even more, including a parking place and a terrace with an electric grill and outdoor kitchen. It's a great place to stay near Budoni!

Very beautiful and comfortable villa, in reality looking exactly as on pictures. Decorated with good taste, all new furniture and equipment in the kitchen, very close to the beach (around 200 m). Other beautiful beaches can be reached by car within 10-15 min. Very nice terrace hidden from the sun in the afternoon and evening. Quiet place, there were almost no neighbors around during our stay. Any issues solved by the owner really quickly. I do recommend this place for a family vacation!

Marea was a very well catered villa. The surroundings were very well kept, neat and tidy and the area was very peaceful. The views from the terrace were terrific, beautiful sunrises. The villa itself had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and tidy. Our hosts kept in touch with us once we arrived in Sardinia and gave us directions to the villa. They also gave us ideas of restaurants and things to do. They were readily available during our stay through Whatsapp.
The Villa and the pool are very comfortable and plenty big enough for 4 of us, the kitchen has everything you would need and there were bottles of olive oil, condiments and even some alcohol to get us started! The location is fantastic, in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to a large, sandy beach and restaurant. Its an easy starting point for exploring the east of the island. Highly recommend.
A well designed villa giving a feeling of privacy yet not too far from restaurants and shops. The facilities are exceptional, with BBQ, on site parking, outdoor eating area and a swimming pool exclusive to the property.
The hosts are also amazing.... respectful of your privacy but on hand to respond to any questions, and will attend the property if there is a need for them to help with the facilities.
