Iasmin was a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. We got to Spello early and as no one was in the apartment the night before she allowed us to enter the apartment early. The apartment had everything you could need. Also was lovely and cool at night. Would stay again without hesitation. Memorable.

Andrea is very kind and helpful. The property was perfect for our family's stay in Assisi. Everything was very comfortable and we adored all of the thoughtful touches Andrea and his father had added to the property. We also had not been expecting, but were very happy with, all of the breakfast options Andrea had made available in the house. Additionally, the location is perfect for walking out to explore Assisi. I love this place. We came for the second time this year, and once again, everything was perfect. The staff is helpful, the location is excellent, and the pool is amazing and clean, with a wonderful view of the hills and the village of Spello. The garden is colorful and well-maintained, and having breakfast on the porch of your apartment will give you all the energy you need to explore the neighborhood.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is also perfect. We didn't miss anything. Giulio was always attentive and very helpful.

This apartment looks up to the charming hilltop town of Spello. We loved this beautiful village. The apartment is directly across the street from the entrance into the walled village. There are restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The owners were very responsive to give us suggestions for restaurants etc
This beautiful villa is older than America, but is lovingly cared for. It has a countryside feeling, but it’s only a 15 minute walk from old town. Fabrisio took the time to orient us and recommend excellent restaurants and sight to see. He reserved a wine tasting at Montefalco where we had tour with 7 wines.

A perfect villa in a beautiful town. The pool was lovely too. A great sized room with balcony. We are both vegan and the owner and team were really helpful in trying to understand what we could enjoy for breakfast. Coffee, fresh fruit and bread yummy! Wonderful animals too. Very close to the town, Spello is stunning. We couldn’t walk heaps so we enjoyed having a sun bed area around the pool in the daytime. Thank you
