The house is recently renowated with the best quality materials with the designer eyes of the Architect owners. It is located 2-3 km off the center on a less densely populated hillside surrounded by olive trees and natural vegetation. The owners came to show everything and gave over the key by themselves. For us it is very positive when someone is interested in the tenants, as I am always happy to meet the owner, whose house I'am living in. We were given excellent tips where to eat, what we should visit etc. In tourist frequented locations it is a great adwantage to find the real local gastronomy where you get real value for your money. We stayed in the house with three kids, but two couples could also have their privacy as well as common places.

1. Location: Excellent location—7 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes to the old town and beach. Centrally located but very peaceful, with fresh, cool mountain air.
2. Views: All rooms have beautiful views (photos attached).
3. Rooms: Clean rooms with a luxurious aroma throughout. Stylish and cozy details. There’s air conditioning, but we enjoyed leaving the doors open at night for comfort.
4. Breakfast: Delicious and fresh, with vegetables, fruits, omelets, deli meats, lots of pastries, and great coffee.
5. Negatives: None!

The apartment is comfortable and spacious and nicely furnished and equipped with everything you might need. The village is quiet and ideally situated just a couple of miles from the coast and town of Sestri Levante. All in all, an excellent place to stay.
Excellent location. Easy walk to all areas of the town, beach and station. Lovely hosts who reserved a parking spot for us a few meters away. A grand old villa with lots of marble very close to sea.
Nice apartment equipped with all necessary amenities. It's located in a small and cosy village outside of Sestri Levante, which might be a problem if you are travelling without a car. We had a rental car so the place was perfect for us, but I wouldn't recommend this place if you are travelling without a car.
