Firstly, the position of the property overlooking a UNESCO 1500 year old basilica, a stones throw from great restaurants and on a cobbled courtyard was breath-taking. Secondly, the rooms were clean, immaculate and comfortable but the best thing was Alessandro, the owner. With all taxis in the town busy, he arrived in his car to drive us to our cruise terminal. His kindness and generosity to put his Saturday plans on hold in order to ensure we met our embarkation time we will never forget. Thank you!

Upon arrival, we were met by hosts, Mauro and Catia. They are so sweet and a pleasure to chat with. We were welcomed with a bowl of chilled fresh fruit, and freshly baked piadina. This home was so cozy and clean. The bedrooms are all good sized, with comfortable beds and linens, the kitchen well-stocked, bathrooms clean and updated. The house is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. The bikes provided are a plus. Our only regret was not having enough time to take Catia's cooking class. We would most definitely stay here again.

It is a fabulous villa, in the middle of the old town.

The villa is lovingly family run with gated parking for a few small cars. The breakfast is made to order not a buffet. Most things you want to see are in a ten to fifteen minute walk.
We loved our stay in Villa Noctis. It is an elegant and comfortable villa in the centre of a beautiful old city which is completely unspoilt despite its world heritage status. Our hosts were charming and helpful - they clearly wanted us to enjoy Ravenna. And we certainly did.
If I could give it an 11 out of 10, I would do so.
Perfect stay for visiting Ravenna. We enjoyed the very warm hospitality and professionalism of the hosts, and it was a very good our decision to book a parking at the property.

We stayed one night in Casa Masoli with my husband and this place was amazing! Romantic, clean,decorated with original paintings and furniture, it gives you a feel of what life used to be like in these beatiful old time mansions you see in Italy.
The breakfast is outstanding. There is a variety of quality local products to choose from and the staff are professional and warm, attentive to every client's needs.
The location is superb, right in the heart of town and close to monuments of the city.
Was a lovely old villa. Rooms large and lovely. Breakfast so many choices including eggs and omelets. Anna was a lovely hostess. Hotel right next to old city pedestrian zone.

Michele come on his bicycle to meet us as we got a little lost finding the Villa. Most kind and super nice moving our car into the carport. We meet with family and this made it most special as Michele arranged the rooms most efficiently for a comfortable stay. Nice and close to the centre of everything. Good options for restaurants too!!
