The house is a fantastic place with direct view of the harbor, located on a small hill right next to Napoleon summer villa (5 min walk). Surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden, provides a lot of privacy and close proximity to Portoferraio. The host (Christina) was available on the phone, while Germana and her husband were available on site. What wonderful couple they are! Full of energy, good humor and very helpful! They made our stay very pleasant over the xmas break and made us feel like at home. House has all amenities, including dishwasher and outside grill. All is simple, elegant and easy to use. High quality large refrigerator and dishwasher. Parking for car is right next to the house on a separate driveway. Beds were very comfortable and large. Ideal for families or group of friends. House can be heated in the off season. Truly a charm that made our trip to Elba unforgettable.

It's amazing place to stay. House is surrounded by diverse nature that you can find on island of Elba. From one side you have mountains view, which you can enjoy straight from jacuzzi at evening or from roof terrace while having a breakfast. On other side you have great view of Portoferraio bay.

We travelled with two small children, and the close location to the beach was just perfect. The house was absolutely beautiful with all necessary equipment. Much nicer in real life than in photos.We would highly recommend villa Messina to others!

In the house there are two apartman on the ground floor, and the owner lady lives on the upstairs. She speaks in Italian, but with a google translator we could understand easily each other. Her son can speaks in English. The house is very beautiful, clean and well equipped. In the neighborhood there are four cats, they come out sometimes.

Resort Capo Bianco was full of happy contradictions. The resort is small yet grand and spacious, simple yet luxurious, family friendly yet quiet and private.
It's a family run establishment and you feel like family the way you are welcomed and treated by all.
The staff were phenomenal, they went above and beyond to help me with multiple requests and consistently did their very best to make my stay stress free.
The setting and view are simply amazing. If you love nature; then this place has it all: fantastic views, setting amongst walking routes and wild life such as boars that pass close to the house. The house is beatifully decorated and has all the luxury you need such as airco, fridge, fully equipped kitchen. We can’t wait to come back once the pool has been built!
The location is really great - Capo d’Arco is an amazing place with its pools and beach. The Villa’s terrace and view is also great. Setup of apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for our family.
Hosts were friendly (communication via phone), hand-over of keys worked very well.
Danila is a fantastic host. She was very good when communicating before our arrival and very helpful during our stay. Villa is located short drive on a dirt road very close to Porto Azzuro. There is a beautiful view from the terrace to the countryside. Cosy and clean room with nice bathroom is also great. We received tips about weather and trips, also had a very nice local wine with the host. We recommend this accommodation!
Elba is a beautiful island. And Villa Teresa is a fantastic place in a lovely setting to explore the island. We extended our stay as we were enjoying ourselves so much. The pool is amazing. The staff are very helpful. Wonderful.
Perfect location nestled on rhe outskirt pf a coastal village. The staff was really accomodating and the view from the terrasse in the morning was amazing. I would gladly stay there again.
