The property itself was in a fantastic location, beautifully furnished and comfortable. The property attendant, Maria, was an absolute delight - always available, willing to help and very kind to us.

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel team wished me a happy birthday by giving me a small gift, very nice from their side.
The property is beautiful. Set on the mountain, with beautiful views of the village and the mountains. Rooms are beautifully spacious. Food was delicious at all restaurants. SPA was beautiful.
Great hotel, very comfortable. The spa and pool area is fantastic. Breakfast was very nice, but every day the same. Extremely helpful staff. English is limited, but for us this was not a problem (I speak Italian). We got a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room with a nice view. Easy walking distance to the ski chairlift and ski rental and also to the village. Parking (limited numbers) right in front of the hotel and a huge free parking about 100m away. Would definitely stay here again.
