It was the best place that we had in our one week holidays in Italy by motorcycle.The owner was very polite and helped us completely by giving us directions so as to make the self check in.She also left us to park our motorcycle just outside the room in her private parking place for cars, for free.She had also coffee cold water and small cakes for our breakfast!

The room was clean and spacious for three people and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was modern and newly renovated and the whole building was neat and well maintained.
The hosts (whole family) were very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast included a great cappuccino and traditional croissant from the region, really scrumptious.
Nice beachfront promenade in the town of Pescara
Luxurious and in pristine condition. Everything was A1 perfect. Soft fluffy towels for the perfect shower , beautiful king size beds. As a group of 8 we experienced all the various types of suites available and they were all superb.The accommodation is extremely private and very secure. Added bonus is everything is in close proximity, amazing beach ,promenade,shops,beautiful restaurants etc. These luxury suites will not disappoint. We definitely will be returning many times in the future.
Clean and comfortable apartment. Balcony which went almost all the way round and as it's on the 6th floor, you could see the sea on the horizon. In a quiet part of town away from the centre.
About 10mins walk to the beachfront.
We had a couple of issues on arrival which were speedily sorted out by early the next morning.
The villa is beautiful if you like old buildings with caracter. The room big with a king bed and soft mattress, a very big bathroom with all amenities. The breakfast was good, loved the setting, I recommend the croissant.
Breakfast was perfect, room was clean and nice. your own place at beach amazing! The villa is absolutely stunning and lunch at balcony is unforgettable.
My recent stay at B&B La Riserva Dannunziana Luxury Suites was absolutely outstanding. I can't rate it anything less than a perfect 10! From the warm welcome to the luxurious suites, everything was top-notch. The proximity to the Dannunziana Nature Reserve added an extra layer of serenity to the experience. Breakfast was a delightful treat. I highly recommend this B&B for an unforgettable stay. Thanks to the entire team for a fantastic time!
