Excellent stopover with lovely hosts who are really helpful and kind . Not the prettiest building from the outside but fantastic inside. Everything you need is there. Pizza restaurant round the corner and an excellent Ristorante just 4 minutes drive away near the Conad turnoff. Host keeps bees - the honey is a must buy 🤗

The house is spacious (6 ppl can fit there easily), clean and well-equipped. There is a king size bed in one bedroom and twin beds, that can be easily pushed together, in the other one + 2 beds in the living room. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. The bathroom is quite big, it looked as it was undergoing some kind of renovation, but it was fully functional. The owner's family lives just next door, so in case of any problem, we could get help immediately. The house is located not far from Parma and it's a good spot for road trips in the area (we visited Cinque Terre, Lake Garda, Parma, Modena and Bologna). The neighbourhood itself is very pretty as well.

We much enjoyed our stay in Villa Gelsomina. The location of the villa is exceptional, with beautiful views to surrounding countryside. Daniela is a very kind host, making you feel really welcome and her house has been furnished with lots of attention and good taste. We loved breakfast with great choice for everybody, my favourite was her coffee!
The villa is in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, the bus station and a 20-minute walk to the old part of town. The villa is clean, with private parking. Nice terrace, yard and garden that could be more tidy and clean. Communication with the owner is easy via WhatsApp.
Very nice apartment, conveniently located short walking distance from the Parma's historic centre. There are options for parking around the apartment, which is important if you're travelling by car. We used it as a base visiting villages around Parma visiting cheese, ham, culatello, and wine producers, castels, food museums, and much more that region has to offer. Loved Parma and our stay in La Casa Bianca !
Situated about 30km from Parma, in beautiful surroundings, Villa Gelsomina is an excellent place to stay. Clean and comfortable, with friendly and welcoming staff, we'll stay there again when we're next in the area.
