Cassa Fabiani is a lovely cottage, centrally located, ideal for visiting Florence, Lucca, Siena (by car) or heading to the beach (45 minutes away). Nearby, there are smaller mountain ranges where it is recommended to visit some of the charming villages with cozy restaurants offering delicious local food.
The cottage has high ceilings, a cozy terrace, and a large lawn. The decoration is homely, everything is very clean and does not appear worn.
The owner of Cassa Fabiani is very helpful, welcoming, flexible, and easy to communicate with.
This beautiful old villa felt like home! Rita was a lovely host, and she did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The room is spacious with all one needs. Good option for the Via Francigena, although a short distance out of town.
Villa Orsucici at Borgo ai Lecci was one of the best villas we had ever stayed in. Everything you could ever want was supplied plus extra i.e. bathrobes and slippers and pool towels. Franco and his daughter Sonia very friendly and welcoming. Very thoughtful hosts having pastries and light provisions and wine left for us on arrival - so so kind, This is exceptional accommodation with a fabulous pool and outdoor area. Can't wait to visit again for longer next time. All shops/restaurants within a 10 min walk.
A beautiful villa that has everything to offer. Stefano our host was great. Chef Fabrizio prepared an amazing dinner. The pizza lesson was a lot of fun and something we won't forget.

Villa is super big and can easily accommodate a group of people: you can park your cars inside the gated territory, rooms are huge and the outside area is nice for chilling. Thanks to the host which was super helpful with all our requests.
The house is very beautiful and romantic, nicely decorated. The hosts were very nice people, they offer us informations about the area.
In the village there is a restaurant called Da Benito, where you cand eat very good local food (especially beef), but you need to book a table days or weeks before, because it’s always full booked.
The villa was situated within walking distance of several bars and restaurants and within easy driving distance of many tourist sites. The owner, Stefano, was very friendly and available at all times to answer any questions we had. Stefano provided details of several options for wine tasting and once we'd chosen one he was able to drive 6 of us there and back at a reasonable price. He also allowed us to stop off enroute to take photos. The villa was really well proportioned and the facilities were exceptional.
