The home was charming and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with good pans and cooking utensils, as well as some very nice olive oil and other essentials. I personally really appreciated it! I am a past chef and usually cook at home.
The bed was very comfortable, with nice linens and blankets. There were nice views of the valley. The pigeon cooing outside even reminded me of my cat.
The location was wonderful for me. It's in the older part of town, very near the center plaza. I was able to walk almost everywhere I needed to go. The supermarket is also just down the street. With a wonderful gelato shop across the street from it.
Luca and Mara were available for questions, and very helpful! I'm very happy to have met them. I look forward to my next visit to Castelfidardo already!

We visited for a family wedding in Sirolo and enjoyed a luxurious stay in Hotel Vista Place Numana. Our Junior Suite with balcony and whirlpool bath was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed a beautiful breakfast on our balcony, overlooking the sea view and on other days in the main restaurant area by the pool. The staff were able to accommodate my gluten free dietary requirements without any issue. The staff, Elena, Franco, went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We can’t wait to come back for another trip.
Amazing location, the villa is like the pictures show, located a bit outside the town. The view from the terrace is stunning and invites to stay longer!
The House is outstanding. Beautiful villa with plenty of room to rest and relax. ( this is on first floor with no access to the garden). We spend most of time on the Terrace with amazing view. 3 big bedrooms plus 2 extra renovated bathrooms and kitchen that you will find everything you need for cooking. We spend there 5 nights and It was great time. Carlo was very helpful, the contact was great and even helped us with the luggage to get to the bus stop. Thank you!
A comfy and clean place, at 2 minutes from the bus station and the beach. Isabella’s hospitality was amazing, she offered to take me to the next village to catch a train since there was no bus because of a Bank holiday. Highly recommended!
The view was absolutely amazing and the huge terrace/garden in front of the apartment(in the pictures it’s the tiled area plus the grass next to it). Numana port (and beaches) is just below which is fascinating to watch and the village is a 5 min walk up some stairs at the top of the road. There is space for your car right outside too
