The view from the balcony was incredible, the perfect place to finish off the evening sipping some wine. The staff was incredibly attentive. They offered breakfast and dinner options every day as either in room or communal dining. One night there was a slight issue with the water heater that we hadn't even realized yet and they came immediately to fix it so we would have hot water for showers. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. The apartment was very clean and nice. We requested a crib and they had it set up for us when we arrived and it was a good portable crib, sturdy and comfy for our one year old. We enjoyed our stay there and have already recommended this apartment to friends who are visiting the area next month.

All of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and completely at your disposal. We loved them all. Incredible choice at breakfast, with gluten free options available for all meals. Rooms were lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Shower was fab! Views were amazing! I can still see them now. Wonderful base to visit the beautiful towns and villages on the lake. We would recommend and would stay again.
The best location what you can get near the Garda lake. Very cosy and small villa, inside and outside everything was well maintained.

First time visited Malcesine and absolutely fell in love and this property is a rare find!
Villa Fiori is beautifully situated close to the town but while also remaining private for guests. The apartments were very spacious with a little private terrace overlooking the castle and well maintained.
It is the perfect location, it’s a 5 minute walk into the town and the cable car right next to the property. Paolo and his family were very helpful and friendly. Really hoping to come back in the future!
The owner/staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The house and the garden are a real oasis. The villa close to the centre of Malcesine and from the balcony you can see lake Garda. Their dog Pluto is an additional bliss completing a wonderful experience.
